Personal Information

Except as otherwise provided herein, we will not, without your permission, share any personally identifiable information we collect from you, or any other personal information which, when combined with other information, can be used to identify you specifically (collectively, “Personal Information”), with third parties.  So, for example, we will not sell your e-mail or IP address to advertisers.  We may, however, use your Personal Information for administrative purposes (for example, to communicate with you if you’ve requested such communications).  If we contract with consultants or other service-providers to perform administrative functions, such consultants or service-providers shall be required to keep your Personal Information confidential and only use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to perform their functions and not for any other purpose.

We may disclose your Personal Information in response to legal process or when we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it (for example, in response to a court order, subpoena, or a law enforcement agency's request). We may also disclose your Personal Information to protect the security of the Site, and to protect ourselves and our partners, affiliates, consultants, suppliers, and providers against liability.  In the event that the Company (or its assets) are sold, assigned, merged or otherwise transferred, we may transfer your Personal Information as a part of the transaction. In such event, we will use reasonable efforts to keep your Personal Information subject to the same protection as it was prior to the transfer. In the event that your Personal Information becomes subject to a different privacy policy, we will follow the notification procedures in this Policy to alert you to any such changes.

You may choose to discontinue the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information by limiting or discontinuing your use of the Site altogether.

From time to time, we may elect to share such aggregate, non-personally identifiable information with advertisers and our partners, affiliates, consultants, suppliers and other third-parties.
